Julie Androshick

Julie Androshick is the Chief Development Officer of Legal Services NYC, where she leads the organization’s philanthropic strategy to support its mission of fighting poverty and advancing racial, social, and economic justice for low-income New Yorkers. A seasoned nonprofit executive and strategic advisor, Julie brings more than two decades of experience driving organizational growth, sustainability, and impact across the social justice, housing, and economic mobility sectors.

Prior to joining LSNYC, Julie served as Chief Development and Implementation Officer at Just Leadership USA, where she oversaw complex, multi-year partnerships with national foundations, academic institutions, and government funders, and helped position the organization for long-term financial sustainability through the planning of an endowment. She previously held senior development leadership roles at The Doe Fund, HELP USA, and Mount St. Michael Academy, where she led major gifts, capital campaigns, public funding initiatives, and high-performing development teams.

Earlier in her career, Julie was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising senior leaders on strategy, operations, and risk management, and a senior reporter at Forbes. She holds an M.Phil. in International Relations from the University of St. Andrews and a B.A. from St. Joseph’s University.
