Free Legal Clinic to Change Gender Markers on U.S. Passports

Legal Services NYC and its legal partners are hosting a FREE pro bono clinic on July 31, 2025 to help members of the trans, nonbinary, and gender nonconforming community (TGNCNB+) looking to apply for, update, renew, or correct their passports to reflect their gender marker in light of the decision in Orr v. Trump. See additional information about the process here.

All of the services provided (including fees for passport applications) will be FREE thanks to our pro bono partners.
