JILL A. CENTELLA is a Managing Director, Global Head of Litigation, Government Investigations and Human Resources Legal for JPMorgan Chase & Co. Jill has been with JPMorgan Chase or its predecessor entities since 1997. Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Jill was an associate at Jones, Day in Chicago and was a Law Clerk to the Honorable James F. Holderman in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She graduated, summa cum laude,from the University of Illinois College of Law.

 

 

JOANNA BRATT is the General Counsel of the Digital & Payments legal team. Joanna’s team supports the digital channels utilized by the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) lines of business and advises on payments initiatives and platforms across CCB. Joanna is the Co-Chair of the JPMorgan LGBT+ Executive Council and Global Co-Chair of the Legal Diversity Council. Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Joanna was an attorney at Bingham McCutchen LLP (now Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP). She holds a J.D. from Boston College and a B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University.

 

ERIN MAUTNER is an Executive Director on the Human Resources legal team. Erin’s team supports the HR benefits teams including health & welfare, retirement and other employee benefits. Prior to joining Human Resources, Erin led the Data Use and Legal and Regulatory Change Management team in Commercial Banking Legal. Erin is based in New York. Prior to joining JPMorgan, Erin was an attorney at Bingham McCutchen LLP (now Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP). She holds a J.D. from St. John’s School of Law and a B.A. in International Relations from Bucknell University.

 

MARIE MERRITT joined the JPMorgan Legal department in 2013. In addition to her role as the Legal Control Executive, Marie has responsibility for several control-related and legal practices teams. Along with her colleagues, Marie is responsible for building the framework and foundation needed to support the Legal department's commitment to build relationships with and increase the use of diverse outside counsel on our engagements. Marie has a B.A. in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross and an M.B.A. with distinction in Banking & Finance from Pace University – Lubin Graduate School of Business.

 

MARISOL RUBECINDO serves as the Chief of Staff to the General Counsel of JPMorgan Chase. In this role, she plays a critical role in advising the Legal department’s management team, and the department more broadly, on their strategic agenda. She also leads significant department-wide efforts, such as the biennial client survey, senior-level business reporting, organizational design and strategy as well as the department’s work on diversity, equity and inclusion. Prior to Joining JPMorgan Chase, Marisol was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell and at Sidley Austin. She began her legal career at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. Marisol has a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and B.A. from Wellesley College.

 

KEITA YOUNG joined the Office of General Counsel as Head of Outside Counsel Engagement. One of Keita’s primary responsibility is to lead and drive the Legal Department’s strategic priority on increasing the engagement of diverse outside counsel. Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Keita was a senior associate at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith in Woodbridge, New Jersey; an associate at Hoyle Morris & Kerr, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and a resource development consultant for Black Alliance for Educational Options. Keita is also one of the founding partners of Duck Duck Goose, LLC, a children’s consignment store and specialty boutique in Jersey City, NJ. Keita has a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Spelman College.
