Central OfficeThe Central Office of Legal Services NYC is the "spoke" in the wheel of all its programs throughout the city, providing leadership and support in advocacy matters and in the areas of communications, development and technology. It includes the Fiscal, Administrative and Legal Support Units of Legal Services NYC: Central Administrative Unit- The central administration of Legal Services NYC includes the Executive Director and President, Chief of Litigation and Advocacy, Chief of Operations, and Chief Financial Officer for the organization. It provides leadership and coordination in the areas of Communications, Development, Technology and Pro Bono participation.
Legal Support Unit- The Legal Support Unit of Legal Services NYC provides litigation and advocacy
leadership and support for Legal Services NYC advocates and other poverty
advocates throughout the City through case consultations, co-counseling,
coordination of monthly task force meetings in a variety of substantive areas,
